Love the location and the hotel is very well maintained. The most excellent part of this place is their staff - every single one of them who my family and I interacted was professional and kind. I wished they had a mini mart or something on site tho. Also having a few more restaurants on site would be nice since it’s a very remote location. I’d go back again.

Great forest view and the whole stay experience is nice. It is in the rural area so there is no sight seeing spot around. The shuttle bus to hotel need to reserve first, not hop-on hop-off type.

Have staff that speak really good English. Room is spacious. Golf court locates just next to the hotel. There is also an indoor swimming pool additional to the hot spring. It is a pity that time is tight and cannot try the pool.

Property was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was great but the dinner buffet had limited options. It wasn’t worth the cost. Room service was also very limited. Location wise the nature was gorgeous but you need a car. The onsen was very nice.

The hotel was a great surprise, since the pick up in the station through my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel very clean and such a great hot spring bath. I missed the pool because they were to open during the 3rd week of July. The restaurant a bit pricey but my husband enjoyed the food. And the breakfast buffet was filled with fresh fruit and veggies. I will visit again

高齢者と二人で1泊滞在しました。 軽井沢の駅からは距離があり、周りにはコンビニなど何もありませんが、館内はとても明るくきれいなインテリアでとっても快適でした。 お部屋も広くて清潔で、ベッドが硬めだったことと、洗面台が高かったのが腰痛持ちにはとっても有難かったです。 ルームサービスも美味しく、スタッフの方々もとても親切で色々と助かりました。 大浴場は露天風呂やジャグジーもあり、気持ち良かったです。 ただ、貴重品用のロッカーの使い方がわかりにくくて結局使えませんでした(笑) 翌朝の朝食会場は大きな窓でとても開放的で気持ち良く、隣のテーブルと適度な距離があってとても快適でした。 パンや和食、飲み物も種類が豊富で、目の前で作ってくれるオムレツが美味しかったです。 今回は大雨で景色が楽しめなかったので、お天気のいい時に行きたいと思いました。 ありがとうございました！

お部屋はとてもきれいで、どこへ行っても清潔感にあふれていました。食事もとてもおいしく、おなかいっぱいになってもまだ魅力的なメニューがたくさんありました。ウォーターサーバーがあって水分補給ができるところがありがたかったです。ゴルフが目的のお客さんがたくさんいるのですね。でも軽井沢の観光のベースをホテルにしてたくさん訪れることができました。

会ったスタッフの人全員に親切にしてもらったと思う。また行こうと家族で話しました。 施設内は清潔でした。ブュッフェも美味しかったです。晩御飯は、ブュッフェとアラカルトが選べて助かりました(ブュッフェってほどではないけどご飯食べたいからアラカルトがよかった)。ホテル内に飲み物の自販機はあるがコンビニがなく、多少のものは、フロントで買えるものの、不足のものは事前に外のコンビニ(近所にはない)で忘れずに買ってくるべしです！ あと、夜の焼きマシュマロ美味しかったなぁ！ 難点を言うとしたら、立地が立地なので、山道の運転に自信のない人はシンドイかも。

今回初めての来訪でした 軽井沢の中心部からは30分ほど離れていますが、ちょうどハイシーズンの時期だった為、アウトレットや旧軽井沢通り周辺はすごい人で、もしその辺りに宿泊していたら、避暑地を選んだ意味は全くなく、きっと残念な旅行になっていたことでしょう。 北軽井沢ということもあり、とても涼しくまた宿泊している方もゆっくり過ごすことを目的としている方が多かったのではないでしょうか ホテルのスタッフの方もとても親切で、応対もとても丁寧でした。 ホテルでゆっくり、けれどプールやテニスコート、ゴルフと楽しく過ごせるよう考えられていました。 そしてお料理はどれも美味しいく、2泊しましたが、お料理のメニューも入れ替わっていてお食事も楽しむことが出来ました。
