The ingredients are fresh and good quality and delicately prepared by the highly skillful chefs. What a wonderful experience. The room is clean, onsen is comfortable and special with the view of the adjacent river. Staffs are very helpful . Don’t miss the museum inside the hotel which got lots of collections and definitely worth taking a look. The only disadvantage is the location which is very far away from the tourist site . The road is quite difficult to drive . I made some mistake and take some time to reach the hotel and almost missed the dinner.
