"An excellent property that is conveniently located to public transport. The Nagano station is only a 5-minute walk away. There are numerous places to eat all within a comfortable 15-minute stroll. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were amazing! Rooms are large and very well appointed. Excellent value."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kokusai 21. It's a nice and big hotel and the staff were all very kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. They also offer a breakfast buffet for a fee and it's really amazing. It's not easy to find a place to eat in the morning, so having a breakfast buffet in the hotel was really great and convenient. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Nagano."

"Parking was great. I had a dedicated spot in the parking structure. Unfortunately, I have read that parking will be changing to first come first served starting in May 2025. I hope that’s not true. "
