When we arrived, the hotel's front desk is on the second floor of the building and the escalator from the ground floor to the second floor was broken. We had to carried our luggage from the ground floor to the front desk by the stairs. When we got into our room, the A/C was not working. They did not allow us to open the window. They ended up sending a electric fan to our room to keep us cool. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in our whole 3 week stay in Japan. Not only was the hotel filthy, I was charged an extra 23,000 yen for my wife to stay in the room with me!!! This is after already being charged 24000 yen for a room barely worth 10,000\. I then reached out to the hotel to ask if they could refund the last half as this was an unfair way to do business. They still have not responded. Honestly the worst experience in Japan period!!!
