When we arrived, the hotel's front desk is on the second floor of the building and the escalator from the ground floor to the second floor was broken. We had to carried our luggage from the ground floor to the front desk by the stairs. When we got into our room, the A/C was not working. They did not allow us to open the window. They ended up sending a electric fan to our room to keep us cool.
