The Yamano Hotel has to be by far the best hotel ive been to in my life. The atmosphere is so inviting and homefilled. The family here is super friendly and down to earth. Me and my brother were having trouble finding a nice spot to eat but the staff here shuttled us to some amazing grub. From The location to the onsen in the hotel, everything here is emaculate. I am completely satisfied.
Definitely a great choice place to stay. They are very accommodating and the service was excellent. This hotel is slightly outside of city center, but its a short walk or they have a shuttle that you can call.
Had a wonderful night here. The room was comfortable and the owner was very accomodating. Dropped us off at a ski rental place in the moring and, after checkout, gladly drove us to the bus station. They spoke very good english.
