"Fire alarm went of once during each of my two nights stay Once at 1.30am and the other day at 3am in the middle of the night No one from the staff came to check on guests, no information given either Really unsafe process in place - doubt its compliant either … would be interesting to check Horrible stay and they refused to refund the stay while they could not even fulfil the minimum required from a hotel - being able to sleep basically Not recommending this place at all "

"This is an amazing find. The decor and atmosphere really stunning. The staff attitude and manner fantastic. Facilities brilliant and food terrific. I can’t rate this highly enough. Two small thoughts. For bad weather coat hooks just inside bedrooms would be useful. For lone female travellers a secondary lock/chain/fastener on door would ease any concerns. I actually put a chair by the door probably overly anxious about nighttime’s but it’s a consideration. Thank you once again I will definitely book again. "

"Our room was clean but the patio area wasn’t. The staff were lovely while we were there but my husband left his phone charger behind and although we telephoned soon after leaving and before the check in time for new guests, it was not found and nobody phoned him back as promised. The spa was clean, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was very nice with a lovely view from the dining area windows."

"The heated pool was great but no good for toddlers as it was too deep. The staff were really accommodating which was helpful when traveling with small babies. Teh room was perfect for what we needed but the security light on the hall and the bedroom was so bright it illuminated the whole room which was annoying. "

"it was a really nice stay. the room was lovely, marks here and there so needs a bit of reno but apart from that, bed was comfy, the receptionist at the desk was lovely and helpful, even put a cone on my reserved parking :) pleasant stay in the centre ! (shower door wouldn’t close which was frustrating, but that just goes with needs a bit of reno!)"

"Although this is an older property, do not be put off. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was "traditional" but everything worked and it was clean. The restaurant was good and the food tasty. Breakfast was great in terms of variety and quality. I would definitely stay at The Falmouth again"
