"Great breakfast. Staff were lovely. Public rooms have been well updated and look great. But our bedroom had had ½ a makeover. New bathroom. But no internal phones, wardrobes are out of the ark, doors have very old lock system. No safe. No interactive tv screen. Hot water very hit and miss. Doors ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"

"Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Although I had trouble opening the shutters, I had a little help from the nice young lady who was cleaning next door. Kitchen has all you need cutlery wise. Tea coffee sugar. Parking easy don't be daunted by the steep climb."
