"I was in room 107. Was in the middle of leaving the room this morning when I could not get out as the lock was not working properly. This was very much a concern re fire evacuation and also I was late for work waiting for the night porter. Can you refund me as so not happy with this hotel. Please ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
