Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. Room big and very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was really nice, good variety. 2min walk to Zaandam station only about 10 mins on train to Amsterdam Central, and about 25 mins from airport.

Fantastic hotel.10 minutes away from everything. Grab a 3 day travel card and you can use bus/tram/train/ferry. Bus no 22 takes you to and from hotel. Staff really polite and friendly. Hotel room clean.Theres funky art everywhere.Buffet breakfast was included,so that set you up for the day, dinner menu was limited,but we dinned in one night and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to everyone

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. I have nothing negative to say about this property. 6 of us stayed in a three bedroom apartment and we were delighted. It is in an excellent location a 5 minute stroll from the train station, which is only one stop away from central Station. The apartment was spacious, in excellent condition and very clean. Hotel had only been open 1 day before our arrival. Room was very spacious and bed was really comfortable. Hotel staff were great and we had a great night at the bar with Dan And Alex. We will definitely be staying here again.

The most helpful aspect was the half hourly included shuttle service to the airport which started early and kept going until almost midnight. Very friendly drivers.

Staff was incredibly courteous, kind, and very hospitable. Clean rooms, loved the mood lighting you could set.

We came to stay for 3 nights for a short break. Amazing from start to finish. Lovely receptionist and very helpful in terms of where we should visit etc. We even had a little treat left by Samira which was really appreciated - she was very helpful also! Deposit for the room returned swiftly after our stay! Not a busy location but easy transport into Central Amsterdam - took 6 minutes on the train which is a regular service! Would 10000% recommend and if we return this will be where we go.

Friendly staff, clean room, efficient check in/out/luggage storage. Convenient connected right to Schiphol airport. Great ambience in the bar to relax for a drink.

Great location, nice views. Walkable distance to nearby shops or a 15 minute drive to centre. Outstanding customer service too 10/10. Highly recommend and will definitely be back ;)

Walkable to the airport

Good location! There is a handy tram stop right outside that takes you into the centre of Amsterdam in 20 minutes - a great way to get around the city. The room was comfortable, only a shower in the bathroom however. The breakfast buffet was 10/10!
