"This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the great location, exceptional service, and wonderful amenities, it made our trip even more memorable. Traveling with a 5 year old and being able to get breakfast before starting our day was an added bonus. "If I was just rating staff here, this place would be 6 stars out of 5!!! Unreal service! The only reason I’m letting it slip to a 4 star rating is mostly for the overall need for cosmetic maintenance around the buildings. Cracked sink, chipped baseboards, little things really. But for the price point, they should be looked at for sure. Amenities were 10/10, food was incredible, and the staff absolutely spoil you! Shout out to Vicente in the Rundle bar! We’ll be back for sure!!! ❤️"
