Room was really nice. The common areas of the hotel were also very nice. There was a pounding sound next door to me for hours. At midnight I called the front desk, they said they'd handle it. Called me later asking if it was better, it wasn't. Also, at the same time, an employee was playing music out loud and going in an out of a suite, letting the door bang on the lock every time. At midnight.
