The cabin is great on a large property with a beautiful view of the lake. Can be difficult to find at night. Lots of twisty roads. The cabin itself was comfortable with plenty of room for 7 of us. Make sure to bring groceries because there are only small convenience stores nearby. Bring wood for the fire pit and swim gear for the hot tub. We look forward to returning next year!" While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person. My elderly mother and I stood at the desk for more than 5 minutes as the attendant and another employee stood talking and laughing loudly about personal issues. Customer service went from very good to nonexistent in the six months from our previous visit. We paid higher than normal rates to visit family - no doubt in part to opening day at the local theme park. We won’t be back.
