It’s my favorite hotel. Staff is super friendly. Cleaning staff always accomodates my special needs. Nice quiet setting. Dinner options at the Steakhouse are amazing!

The staff made this property great. They were all so accommodating and nice. The steakhouse was great too! The only thing that wasn't great was that the water pressure was really low.

Late October stay

The actual lodge was nice to stay in, but the on-site restaurant and bar were closed as was the local marinas. If known this on advance, I would have chosen a different location. The staff at the lodge were excellent.

I reserved the room online. When I arrived the desk clerk said they were BOOKED. But the dear person found one room where guest had not showed up. It was late and pitch black in those mountains. Thanking God for that precious clerk.

Excellent! I've stayed in a lot of motels and 5 star motels. This place is the best I've had the pleasure of staying. The entire staff are the most friendlist you'll ever find

The lack of an operating snack bar or coffee mess was a minor issue. It was difficult to find food or a cup of coffee in mid day. Food was over-priced, but tasty. The room AC was very loud, and coupled with the noise from the refrigerator made sleep difficult. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything worked well.
