For the cost of the stay, regardless of the room choice, I would have thought there were more comfortable options. Never once was our room cleaned or were we even brought more towels. Staff at the front desk (the two ladies we spoke with) were not kind at all. I know they were busy but they acted as if we were another inconvenience to their day to check us in, and again to add the night owl experience to our stay during the week. For the cost of the resort, I'd much rather stay somewhere different and just pay the cost for a day pass for the water. Will not be returning.
