Moorbrook trout fishery

It was fine, comfortable bed, decent room etc, and an actual bath, which was great. However, it felt somehow a bit odd and unofficial in its atmosphere. As if it hadn’t completely changed from being just a local pub, and the (nice) staff hadn’t really trained in the hotel business. I’d stay there again though.

Chris was a great host. The house was centrally located and the town was very walkable. Chris gave us plenty of suggestions on where to eat, grab a drink, beaches to hit and towns to visit. If we aren’t 3,500 miles away, we’d stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent from the bar to the breakfast and the front staff was very helpful in providing both directions and local interest. We were at this location for two nights and enjoy them both. Would recommend staying here no problem.
