(2,639 reviews) Room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. Appreciated the Nespresso coffee available, and the bathroom was absolutely beautiful—the deep-soaking tub was absolutely worth it. Having said that, this could have been improved with an option for filtered water/carafe in the room, or even a kettle. Would have been a better stay with an improved kitchenette situation. Housekeeping also did arrive quite early in the morning. Finding the parking was also an extreme hassle and I never did find it—parked at a pay lot nearby (which ended up being cheaper) but it took a few phone calls to get to my car as the facility was locked (a little stressful when I was ready to leave!!). Front desk staff could have been more helpful/expeditious. Overall, nice experience for the mega tub, and location was walkable to a few good food spots and also the Musée des beaux-arts (went for the Monkman exhibit). Might stay here again if I’m doing anything special in the area. Thank you!
