They went over and above to help us find the best restaurant for our needs and to figure out the bus system so we could visit nearby towns. The breakfast was also spectacular. This was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel!"

"Beautiful hotel set in bucolic hill top location with spectacular views. The staff were welcoming , friendly and efficient. You can judge hotel service by the speed issues are addressed. We had a few minor issues : a safe without a key, a leak from the air conditioning unit , dud batteries in the telly remote and needed an extra pillow . Within minutes ,new safe ,new batteries ,extra pillow and air conditioning unit serviced immediately. Beautiful dining room with panoramic vistas including spectacular sunsets over the mountains. Dinner and service were excellent and breakfast extremely good. Coffee dispensed from machine was ok , not the best. Machines seem ubiquitous these days."
