There was a beautiful bouquet of fresh white tulips and an absolutely delicious cake as a nice welcome touch! The Nespresso esspresso maker with 12 coffee pods is always a wonderful amenity. The included soft drinks, bottled water, juices, beers and chocolates were amazing as well. Florian checked us in and was there at check out anx provided service above and beyond expectations - please give him a raise ! Other service staff such as laundry service and room cleaning were also beyond wonderful. Having a balcony with seats to enjoy the wonderful univstructed view of the sea be cannot be beat ! We have stayed on other hotels on the "Coisette" but the rooms and views did not compare to what we received at the Carlton. This is by far, the absolute BEST HOTEL IN CANNES.
