Its large, private pool overlooks a secluded garden, making it an idyllic retreat for groups or families. Located near St Cezaire sur Siagne and a leisurely 15 minute drive from the quaint villages of Mons, Callian, Montauroux, and Fayence, Villa Beauregard offers a tranquil setting with plenty to see and do nearby. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and games room are included.  
  
Villa Beauregard, a detached property set in lush countryside, is near St Cezaire Siagne where you can find a selection of cafes, restaurants shops and a twice weekly market. The villa is also easy driving distance from the charming villages of Mons and Callian. Discover the historic 'villages perches' like Fayence and Seillans, or venture to Lac de St. Cassien for family adventures. The renowned coastal towns of Cannes and Theoule sur Mer, and the perfume capital, Grasse, are within a 45 minute drive, offering a rich blend of cultural and scenic experiences.
