When I went to front desk to show receipt that I paid for balcony room, they told me that my patio area is the same thing. That’s not the same thing. Patio and balcony are too different things. If I wanted ground floor patio, I would have booked that. Besides, it’s not much of a patio area anyway, just more walk space to gate. Plus the bushes surrounding the area block any view. Pictures didn’t match the room that I uploaded to pay for. The area over all is nice considering how budget friendly it is and I’m sure the other rooms are nicer too but unfortunately I feel like I didn’t get what I thought I paid for. Sinon, le lit n'était pas fait à notre arrivée. Arriver tard la nuit après la route pour faire le lit était très désagréable. En plus, les draps avaient des vielles taches. La couette sentait la sueur (pas lavé du tout). Les oreillers étaient très durs et PAS DU TOUT confortables. Le matelas pareil, on dirait un faux matelas. Conclusion: nous avons très mal dormi. La chambre avait de la poussière un peu partout. Le matériel est très vieux, et ne donne pas l'impression d'être propre (table de nuit, armoire, etc). Au point que nous n'avons pas eu envie de tester le restaurant au cas où ce sont les mêmes conditions. Nous avons décidé de dormir seulement deux nuit d'un séjour de quatre nuits, et d'annuler notre séjour car nous n'arrivons pas à nous reposer la nuit. L'accueil Nous a même pas proposé de nous rembourser la taxe de séjour pour le jour non utilisé. Dans cette chambre il n’y a rien qui n’ait de telle valeur même si je partais avec leur petite télévision elle ne vaudrait pas ce prix là. Il n’y a pas de minibar. Je ne comprends pas la raison de cette demande insensée. Soi-disant la direction l’impose, cependant je doute fortement que le siège ait la main sur les check-in. Ce qui m’a particulièrement blessé c’est l’attitude du personnel parce que j’étais stupéfaite de devoir laisser 300 €. Si vous arrivez après 19:00 la réception est fermé donc pas de caution. C’est ridicule. Je suis déjà venue dans cet établissement récemment et on ne m’avait rien demandé. Je n’ai pas le profil de quelqu’un qui va détériorer le mobilier. Je suis profondément vexée spécialement par l’insistance de la responsable qui sait que je suis propriétaire d’un hôtel qui pourtant me suggère d’aller retirer 300 € en espèces au distributeur (alors qu’on est en raze campagne et qu’il n’y a rien au alentours) si je ne veux pas donner ma carte bancaire en préautorisation. C’est une honte, je ne mettrai plus les pieds dans cet établissement, je me suis sentie humiliée. Je choisis cette halte en point de chute sur la route prévu sur un trajet d’une fois par mois. J’ai failli partir mais il n’y a rien à 50 km à la ronde.
