"I made reservations at the Mandalay Bay, but I was put in the W hotel. I know it’s on the same property, but the quality of the room was much less. The food was late and awful, and the bedsheets and pillows smelled like they haven’t been washed. The whole experience was not good. It all started with the person that checked me in, had very little interest in providing quality service."

"I would have given a higher rating but when we checked into the hotel, a pair of dirty black underwear was left on the bathroom counter top by a previous guest. Never had that happen at a hotel before, and did make us question the cleanliness of the hotel. "
