I love how close to the venue and how close other food places were. I was able to just walk around. Staff were friendly. I wish the back gate would have an automatic gate so that I wouldn’t have to ask the front desk to send someone to open it for me.

The front desk staff asked me for a U.S. ID when I showed them a Puerto Rico driver’s license, even though Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory. Additionally, I witnessed the mistreatment of an elderly person who only spoke Spanish and was asking for help to change the TV to Spanish-speaking channels. He was rudely told, “Only English, sorry,” and was left trying to get assistance for over half an hour.
Furthermore, there was no access to stairs. In my room, I was with someone who suffers from claustrophobia and does not use elevators. We requested stair access several times and were told there was none. Yet we were assigned a room on the 7th floor. I wonder—in case of an emergency, how are we supposed to evacuate?
