"Upon arrival, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet even though we were an hour and a half past what was the check in time. The room was very clean and nicer than the pictures, but the walls were paper thin. Like when the neighbor moved in their bed, my bed moved. The beds were very worn and uncomfortable. Also, we had an adjoining room to another one and the gap in the door was 3”. We had to stuff a towel down there to try to diminish the noise and light. The amenities looked cool with a waterfall and walking trail. Would probably stay again but try to get a different style room."

"Just a beautiful hotel. It is our 3rd time visiting. And will keep going back. The valet parking is a lot too expensive. I should have asked. But what is one gonna do. My bad. "

"Great location righ near the Gateway Arch, very friendly staff and extensive free breakfast. We had a fabulous stay. The manager was around and checking in with guests about their stay both days we were there. Highly recommend."
