"The hotel decor is very tired. Its an old building that has been painted in more modern colours but the carpets are very worn and the woodwork has been repainted on top of layers of old paint. It is not a boutique hotel as described. The windows are single glazed with secondary glazing so there is no sound proofing of the street noise outside. We didnt eat at the hotel so cant provide any information about that. The staff however are so friendly and welcoming!"

"The hotel was lovely, great location. Staff friendly however it was noisy! There was a function in the hotel and I could hear the loud music in my room on second floor. In the morning the cleaning staff were also noisy in the corridor shouting to each other"

"Airport shuttle much better than last time as they have a big bus now so you don’t need to book on. Clean large room. Only thing I didn’t like were the fat pillows! I did like having a bath though. "
