"The good: great location as it's right on the seafront. It's a clean property and has a nice contemporary feel. The flat has most of the things you need, except those listed below. The not so good: communication with owner poor. Never responded to an initial query prior to booking about late checkout, then didn't respond at all during booking. "This is a very convenient downtown Mumbles location. The parking space is a god send but a bit tight for a bigger car. You can leave your car and walk pretty much everywhere you need to go in the area from Langland Bay to Sketty. The flat is well furbished, but it can get a bit noisy at night if you have the windows open. Traffic gets going early but overall a great location with easy access to everything locally."

"We had a very nice stay in this flat. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. An easy walk from the train and into town for many restaurants and pubs."

"We came down for the rugby. Flat was as advertised and a great space for 5 women. Kitchen and living area were great. Bathroom was small and needs updating but was functional. Bedrooms were good size but tired and weren’t the cleanest in the wardrobes and under the beds etc and were cold. It was great for what we needed. The only issue were the door keys which were slightly bent and a real hassle to get in and back out of the locks."

"It was difficult to get the exact address from the host, even when we were parked on the same street and looking for it. The area was nice and the property was nice overall, and the hamper was very nice and welcome. However, some surfaces were very dusty and under the bed and sofa were absolute filthy, which I found out when I dropped something and had to retrieve it and my arm emerged absolutely covered in dust and hair and general dirt."

"Very spacious property, very close to town, 5 mins walk to the beach front. Only down side is parking but you can. Unload and load at the property, if you hold a blue badge you’re ok to park."

"This is ideal for 1-2 people needing a quiet spot. It is tucked away off the Taff trail and east walking to the lovely pubs in the village. Rachael is excellent to work with."
