No frills and affordable. Great location close to everything. Room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was actually really really good. Chilaquiles and eggs and meat along with yogurt and fresh OJ! The room was tiny, and I bonked my head a few times on the wall TV. One of the lights was also not working. But the shower worked fine and the service was excellent.

Quiet location, yet within proximity of historic center. Very courteous staff. Clean rooms and space is well designed.We had an early flight and the staff was very considerate to give us a snack. We will definitely be back. We have stayed in our hotels near historic center and this is our new favorite hotel.

The location is perfect; you can walk to all the sites in the Historic Center. The rooms are small, especially the bathroom. But that wasn't a concern for a solo traveler. Very good temperature control. The ice machine broke down for several days.

I asked for a quiet room which did not require stairs and I got one. The bed is comfortable. The room is modern and has everything you need. The location is fantastic for a tourist in CDMX.

The hotel was nice and clean. Gloria was amazing and very kind. The only issue what’s that the key would stop working out of nowhere, there were many times where I had to use the stairs which was inconvenient when I had my luggage

1st time to visit Mexico
I'm so happy that I selected this Hotel. The hope that they have cabinets to put our things, but the room was very cute,clean,shower has a strong water pressure, very clean.The ladies in the front desk were very helpful, Laura,Grace,especially Denice.Our purpose for our visit was to visit Basilica of Guadalupe, I booked a tour to go to Basilica, but they canceled without letting us know. Denice helped us to accomplished our purpose. She shown us how to use the metrobus and even let us used her metro card just to accomplished our purpose. I'm glad that they canceled the tour, because we spent more time at the Basilica, whole day, we're very happy with Denice, we will be back with my sisters and we will of course stay with your Hotel, One ciudad de Mexico Alameda. Excellent customer service guys, keep up the good work:)

3 great days in CDMX!
Great location, so much to see and do. Three days was not enough but we did as much we could. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and as for the complementary breakfast… what a great amount of high-quality choices. Eggs, meat dishes, vegetables super tasty. Fruit outstanding. This puts any comparable USA breakfast to shame!

Muy buena experiencia.
Muy limpio, muy amables, muy rico el desayuno, un plus de que tienen lavadora y secadora disponible para los huespedes, solo el colchon ya necesitan cambiarlos pero todo lo demas excelente.

Property clean, kind staff central location for all the interesting points to see the only one thing that I didn’t like is that you hear the noise from the street and the next door bedroom. Other than that I would stay here again.

Me gusto mucho este hotel. Es de facil acceso, seguro, buena calidad,camas comodas cuartos pequeños pero no carecen de nada. El staff es super amable y accesible a cualquier ayuda que necesites. Muy capacitados para todo. El desayuno muy bueno. Tiene variedad y buen cafe. Lo volveria a escoger.

Small, simple, basic. Perfect spot for when all you need is a bed because your flight got cancelled and want to stay in the city for one night.

Our stay at One Alameda was very good; the staff is very friendly and helpful, the lobby and rooms are very clean, the building and the immediate surroundings are very safe, the complimentary breakfast had good variety and main offering changed daily. However, people should understand that the rooms are smaller than a college dormitory. They are very clean, but there are no closets or cabinets at all. As long is this is your expectation, it is a very nice hotel.

This hotel is fine for a night or two if visiting the historic center of CDMX. The location is great - you're steps away from many of the highlights in the historic district. The hotel rooms themselves were small, funky smell from bathroom and the wifi was poor. We booked a superior queen room and it was very small. The space is good for one person, not two. There's no safebox in the room to leave passports or important items. There's breakfast in the morning - but once again the space is very small so it was a bit chaotic. Overall, the hotel is fine for a quick overnight, however, I wouldn't go back for multiple days.
