"Nice easy going environment. Welcoming staff. A 10 minute walk or short bus ride into town. Sadly no breakfast but I was very happy with what I ate off the menu - a gammon steak platter which sorted me out for the rest of the day after my arrival. Had a nice room (room 3) with plentiful teas, coffee, hot choc laid on overlooking their lovely sunny beer garden, which wasn't so great when I tried to get an afternoon kip on day 2 and a heavy rock band struck up. "Wonderful 6-day stay in the self-service apartment. Staff is so kind and helpful. Parking lot for hotel guests is large and easy to get in and out of. Hotel is steps away from the area bus stop and the walk down to the St. Michael's Mount causeway. "Central to Falmouth. Room overlooking the harbour, was exceptionally clean. Staff are lovely, loved all the historic elements, good food options and a lovely pub right underneath. Quite a few stairs, so be warned if less able but i managed and im heavily arthritic. The staff, while very nice and helpful, are not available much of the time, the location is somewhat far from the city center and there is no bus service, only taxis which do not operate all the time…I felt the place is truly an inn—mostly a bar/limited restaurant with some nice rooms to let…For guests with their own cars, I’m sure it is far more satisfactory. "The property is spacious and well positioned for the beach. Difficult to park a car on their driveway so had to park elsewhere. The BBQ and oven were not clean. Leak in shower room and one shower not working but fixed whilst we were there. The property is lovely and the host personable. With the charges for cleaning i would expect it to be spotless. "An amazing hotel was a luckily treasure of a fine that I came across entirely by chance, and definitely somewhere that I shall be staying at again. All the staff are amazing, the food was lovely and my room was incredible (actually got a free upgrade as another guest cancelled at the last minute). If you are visiting Cornwall and fancy a lovely staff, give this hotel a try! Also, they have a bar with an amazing range of rums, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Finally, if that was not enough, this hotel also let's you bring your furry companions with you, and they do special dog menus!! As in special food for dogs, not physically seeing dog as a dish!!!"
