Fantastic location in a sweet little Cornwall seaside village and right on the promontory. Sea views all around. Lovely walks. I guess you pay for what you get, as the rooms were ok, clean and we had single beds as it was the last room but they were very comfortable. The stairs leading to the rooms were dreadful, there was sellotape on the very old wall paper.... looked circa 1970. Not a great entrance. Apart from that the service was good, long wait for dinner. Good breakfast and service.
