"House was perfect for our group of four, with a bedroom for each of us. House was well equipped, clean and in a perfect location just a block and 1/2 to the beach and shopping/dining. The house has been remodeled beautifully. Host was very responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend!"

"I think I said this in my last review but if you like boats this is the place for you. We love sitting outside watching the boats come and go. Walking to the Shanty is quick and easy. We would much rather stay here than right in the town. The property was clean enough but I feel like it really can use a deep cleaning. There’s lots of lovely decorations that seem to catch a lot of dust and hair. We plan on coming back in a few years and staying here again. Thanks for the great family memories."

"Cannot beat this location. The private beach was just incredible. We came with two dogs who enjoyed going for a swim each morning. The kids loved hanging out on the beach all day. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. When we arrived the first night the lights were on and music was gently playing. Thoughtful touches that were very much appreciated. We could not have hoped for a better experience."

"We are a family of 6 that stayed here for a family wedding. The home of 501 Arnies Loop off of Bay Creek Pkwy, about 8 mins out of town.. Very convient. The neighborhood is awesome for walking, biking, golfing and loved the golf cart to get in and out of town. Easy access to the beach as well. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the bikes, boogie boards, paddle boards while we were there but It was amazing to have access to it all. The house had everything we needed and more. "Seriously, don't think twice about booking this property! It's in a beautiful, quiet setting and about an hour drive from countless attractions. We went to Williamsburg, short 45 minute drive through beautiful country. The property is exceptional! The host has thought of literally everything and well appointed. "Pet friendly well kept property with more amenities than others we’ve stayed in when it comes to outdoor activities, kitchen supplies/gadgets to the outdoor dog bowl. Quiet and private location with nice views from porches and even inside. We enjoyed our stay and so did our pups. 1 day with bad weather and it didn’t matter we had movie marathon and a great view. "I met up with a good friend for a long weekend that immediately felt too short. The house is absolutely wonderful! Views galore. Total peace and tranquility. Very private. We just wanted to enjoy the cove, drink coffee by the water and enjoy excursions to Gloucester, Gwynn Island, and Mathews. The house was perfectly located but was wonderful just one its own. We hope to come back soon and take out the kayaks in the warmer weather."

She stayed one night with us, along with my husband, my father in law, two teens and two dogs. The house is very dog friendly with supplies and a big yard. Clean, comfortable place to hang out! Awesome communication with host! Great breakfast at Howard-Dooley Cafe just a few minutes away."

"The houses location to the downtown area and beach were incredible! We rented a golf cart and didn’t have to get back in our car after parking it! The house had everything we could think of and is such a charming place! The fenced yard could not have been better for our doggo and the game barn was perfect for one of the colder days!
