Beautifully designed rooms, impeccable service, and really great location. Loved Cambridge Common House - I think the best hotel option in Harvard Square at the moment, and a really great addition to the area.

Had the most wonderful stay here, amazing staff and catered for our gluten free requirement with a delicious, huge breakfast. Extremely comfy bed with beautiful decor, and effective air conditioning. Walking distance to the best, most vibrant area of Newport. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend emailing with any special requests separately as they did not seem to be receiving messages we sent through Expedia.

Had a fabulous stay. The room was clean, and had all the things you might need in a hotel room. The owner was fast with replies and very helpful. It was very close to the town centre with its own private carpark. Would 100% recommend!

I've stayed at this property a few times now and will happily be back again. If you're expecting the Ritz you'll be disappointed, but it's clean with friendly staff, good breakfast included and its location is great, especially for a baseball fan. The area its in feels very safe and well lit- as a solo female traveller I had no issues being around there later at night. Just perfect in every way, probably one of the best b&b’s we have ever stayed in. The property and rooms are absolutely beautiful, the area is quiet and pretty with everything within easy walking distance, Bobby and Stephen the owners are so welcoming and friendly and give excellent tips for getting the most out of your visit to Boston.

Fantastic, clean easy to access, very central

Property well kept and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. This beautiful property is in the most ideal location only a few minutes walk from Main Street in Edgartown. Accommodation a little small for 3 but would have been perfect for 2 people. Will definitely return.
