I was thrilled with the location. Very short walk into town, and had plenty of parking. Checking in was a breeze by just using codes to the doors. My first impression walking into the building was that it smelled VERY clean. My room was spotless, bright and charming. I stayed in Room #8, and it was the perfect size for a single or a couple. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a blow dryer, but that is a VERY minor mark. 5 stars all around, and will stay here again!

The room was very clean, parking was easy, close to downtown with plenty to do. The building was very charming. Only negative in my room was the bed was a metal framed bed that was SPECTACULARLY loud. Any minor movement would make it creak and groan loudly which led to a pretty miserable night's sleep. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if they changed the bed frame.

The room was very nice and quaint. We loved the location. It was so quick and easy to walk to downtown Keene. We had to rent a cot to make it accommodate 3 people. I guess we had missed the fine print in the Expedia listing that said it would work for 3 if a cot was added. The building felt secure and was well taken care of. We’d consider staying here again if we return to the area.

Had a fabulous stay. The room was clean, and had all the things you might need in a hotel room. The owner was fast with replies and very helpful. It was very close to the town centre with its own private carpark. Would 100% recommend!

It is a beautiful building and the room was very nice. However, the street noise was very significant with the windows open, but the AC unit was even louder with the windows closed. It would have been fine with something like central air or, even better, mini splits. We got very little sleep with constant excessive noise. Very nice place but unfortunate conditions.
