Quirky townhouse boutique hotel. Lovely staff and great location. Didn’t receive the VIP upgrade despite it being on booking and hotel showing availability.
Didn’t ruin our stay though the previous guests underwear in the room was an unwelcome gift.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are really great and where do kind to us. Only feedback is that the pool is not really a pool. The spa is stunning but small so feels very busy. Would 100% stay again.

Really kind and welcoming staff, lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Holmes hotel where a lot of thought has clearlt gone into quirky details and Sherlock Holmes themed decor. We particularly appreciated the nice touch of the sherlock holmes books for our two boys.

Double glazing plus secondary glazing made triple glazing and totally soundproof. Floorboards did not squeak. Efficient heating. The view over the skyline, square and road was compelling. Very close transport links with Marylebone station and Baker St underground, buses on Marylebone Road and Gloucester Place. Handy local shops and interesting area to explore.

The staff and service is exceptionally good.
One of the rare hotels in central London to have a swimming pool & proper gym. There is nothing I can say that I didn't like about this hotel. One of the gems of London

Lovely comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly helpful and welcoming. My room looked out onto a quiet Muse street. The hotel is so close to the bustle of London but its location is on a very attractive street which is so quiet. The hotel is small and homely, which is part of it's charm. It has no lift but that isn't something I would worry about as it only has a couple of floors. There's not a lot of storage space, but was perfectly comfortable for my short stay. Simple touches like a...

Great service. Very clean and classic looking. 5 minute walk from central public transit. A plethora of very good restaurants and shopping within 5 minute walk. Was 7 minutes from the location of the conference I was attending. In this part of London, you cant ask for a better price for the service, quality and location.
