The family in front of us had very boisterous kids that the reception team were very tolerant of and kept the parents reassured. Help with parking machine was good and check out was quick and easy too. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet service and the options were complete with cooked and continental options. Toaster worked! It was also very reasonably priced"

The only slight downside was the empty building sites surrounding the hotel with no sign of imminent development, giving the area a rather neglected feel. However the Gas Street basin area was very close by which was very pleasant."
