The rooms are pretty basic and could do with some minor maintenance, but are clean and tidy, and good value for money.
A good choice of breakfast items, and we had two evening meals which were great. Our waiter Sam was especially friendly and helpful.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too.
I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...
