" Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price For the price paid, this hotel fell well below expectations. The check-in process was slow and inefficient, setting the tone for the rest of the stay. Access to the spa was unnecessarily awkward — we weren’t given passes at check-in and had to chase this up ourselves. When we finally got in, the spa itself was underwhelming: not particularly clean and definitely not what you’d call modern. The room was another letdown. It was noisy, making it hard to relax, and despite booking for four people, it wasn’t properly prepared on arrival. We had to call three separate times before it was finally set up correctly — something that should have been done as a basic standard. Overall, it feels like this hotel is charging premium prices without delivering a premium experience. Wouldn’t return"

"The location of the hotel was excellent for access to city and walking . It was a large room for city centre. It was very busy at checkin because of the marathon weekend but staff did well. The negative was no kettle or hot drink station although the reception staff let me get one from the breakfast area one day. Only one pillow but maybe could have asked for additional one ."
