He also kindly upgraded our room which was a really nice touch. Our room was lovely with everything you need. The spa in the hotel was amazing; so clean and not crowded we used this both days. We would love to return again soon. "

"I had a very pleasant 4 night stay here. Everything was great. I was quite surprised that they only service the rooms every 3 days however you only need to ask reception and they organise this whenever you want. The hotel is a bit bougie, nicely decorated. The staff are excellent. I liked the security of having to scan your room key to access the lift. I never had to wait once for the lift!"

"Handrail on entranceneeded cleaned. Had used brasso but no wiped it off so hands were black with dirt. Hotel lounge bar was closed, the adjoining bar closed at 10 and didnt let an 18yr old in whohad no ID"

"Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway that isn't too far away from the centre. Also, walking distance of around 10 minutes to the O2 Apollo. Amazing stay."
