"The location was perfect as we were attending Christie‘s hospital. The flat itself was a good little unit tidy clean and very livable. It had everything we wanted. I was comfortable to eat sleep and live for a whole week there there was one slight problem but he had no Wi-Fi But they tried hard to fix. Unfortunately this time they were unable to. We will be there again in April and I’ve been assured he will be up and running this to anybody who is stopping in Manchester for the location value...

"Nice appartment in a good location. Sparsely decorated and a bit clynical, could do with a more homely feel but comfortable enough. Minor gripe was there was no milk in the fridge so I had to go out and get a bottle to make a cuppa."

"Nice place to stay when visiting nearby towns, very spacious apartment which made for a very relaxed feel. Pleasant village with pub below. Handy having a kitchen as food options are limited. Noise from the pub wasn't too bad but it was quite noisy from the kitchen below the kids room, which had music on loud! We had to put kids to bed in the other room then move them back in later in the evening. "

"The apartment was really amazing. The beds were probably the comfiest we’ve slept on. The showers were very powerful . And we loved how modern everything was. The space is massive which we really loved as we wanted a getaway for Christmas. You have to go through several coded doors to get to the apartment and we loved that this made it feel very secure. The block is very quiet and we didn’t hear a peep from neighbours which we also loved as we wanted a relaxing break. Everything you could need...

"The Dreamhouse Manchester flat id ideal for a short or longer term stay. The flat was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of several unique and interesting sights, museums, restaurants, groceries, and transportation hubs. Internet access was good, washer/dryer was handy. This area felt safe and comfortable to walk in anytime of the day and night. Communication with management was simple and straightforward. Highly recommended property."

"Excellent; perfectly fit my needs as a solo traveller, although two people can easily fit. The location is very good in terms of quickly getting around the city. Host was tremendously helpful throughout my stay. The amenities provided are not inferior to facilitating a more prolonged stay. "Hey there! I recently stayed at this apartment for a day and wanted to share my experience. The apartment was really spacious and budget-friendly, which is great. However, there was a bit of noise coming from the corridor or maybe from upstairs, I'm not entirely sure. But despite that, I still think it was worth my money. Overall, I had a good stay, though the deposit amount was a bit high. I am still waiting for my refund, so I hope to receive it soon. Thank you for your help!"

"Turned up to the hotel to be told we didn’t have a booking. Zero empathy or customer service. I had driven 3 hours and myself and my 1 year old had no place to stay and hotels.com weren’t able to relocate us so had to drive home. "

"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."
