"Balcony Suite 120. Lovely living room, bedroom and bathroom, with shower and bath. Packed with all amenities you could need. Lovely to hear the Wildlife Park animals from the Balcony. Had a lovely meal in the Wilde Restaurant for our evening meal, for breakfast we visited one of the cafes on site. We will definitely be returning."

"Room was clean and comfortable, although there was nowhere to hang coats/clothes (there was no hanging rail). The pedestrian route to the restaurant was a bit dark in places. Generally a good overall stay."

"The room was okay, but unfortunately there were stains on the walls and the toilet was hanging off the wall. There were only three pillows for two people, and the robes included with the Executive King Room were ripped and clearly well-used. The bed was comfortable enough, though. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful, which was definitely a positive."

"Firstly we enjoyed our stay. The room was brilliant in terms of having two double beds and a sofa bed all made up with loads of space for us all. It’s not often you find that much space and bed in one room. The price was good too. The rooms are dated and tired but there were no major issues for us. Not spotless but not dirty. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. We did enjoy a family swim in the pool. Again the area is dated and not prefect but the pool was great and we had fun. They had ran out of locks for the male lockers so we did have to have our clothes in carrier bags in pegs poolside. Overall it’s not a ‘destination’ hotel any more. I could see that it absolutely once was. But…they do offer a good rate with good facilities and we did enjoy our stay. As a family of 5 we would stay again due to the pool and the room."

"Useful location with plenty of parking and easy access to main roads. Rooms are a little basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good value. Would happily recommend friends and visit again."
