Hex Wildlife Hotel

"From arrival to departure the staff were very welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. Car park was very well signposted, with a shirt walk to the reception and then on to the hotel itself. 3 lifts so ever had to wait too long, I found the addition of a watering hole very useful, especially if you wanted a snack or a drink through the evening. The room itself was very clean with great amenities and good mood lighting. The view over the park was fantastic, Gibbons, Maned Wolf, Bush Dogs and other animals could be seen from the windows. The view as the sun set was amazing! Fresh tea and coffee every day along with lovely little treat of Jammie Dodgers. We had breakfast in the Bistro and pleasantly surprised that everything was gluten free, or had GF options as standard. Service, atmosphere and the food was fantastic. We had such a wonderful stay, just trying to figure out when we can come back we loved it so much :) thanks for a great stay."

"The room was great, a good size, with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a bank of EV chargers in the car park, which ensured our car was fully charged the next morning. We paid for breakfast, the hotels website states the breakfasts are made to order, they are not it's a buffet and the pain at chocolates were not fresh."

"Decent room, a bit sad about no fridge in room but no Biggie. The smell in the hallways was SO INTENSE and not nice. Couldn't put my finger on the smell but was fortunately very close to the exit of the lift so just held my breathe whilst walking from room to lift and vice versa. Clean room, good shower pressure, comfy bed."
