"We love our room and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Front desk staff were very friendly. The only suggestion I have is to provide detailed instructions on arrival - e.g. hotel reception is on the 6 floor，there’s separate elevator for parking and the hotel. For international travellers make sure all communications are in English ☺️"

"This is a good and clean hotel with excellent transport options and nearby shopping. The number 8 tram stops are a one minute walk away. One direction goes into Basel reaching several popular areas including the Messe convention area and the main train station. The other direction goes into the Weil am train station and shopping areas. Across the street of the hotel is also the Rhein center with several shops and restaurants that open late. A park and the pedestrian bridge to France are also only a few minutes away. The room itself even though simple was reasonably clean, warm and comfortable. One issue is housekeeping was only done on the 3rd day which I wasn't aware of before."

"Loved the spaciousness of our room. The location was excellent - we enjoyed using the walking trail from France to Basel. The shopping center was also very convenient. The only negative was the room furnishings. The sofa was quite worn, with a bit of a greasy look to it. The breakfast buffet was so-so. There are plenty of places to eat downstairs. We did not eat at the restaurant except for the (overpriced) buffet."

"We had a nice room on the 18th floor with beautiful views. The room was a great size with a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had generous selections. Would definitely stay there again."
