"Had the most amazing week here. Our garden apartment was awesome with its own sunbeds. Everything about our stay was without fault. We cannot wait to return "
"Avoid it. We notified the reception saying we would arrive at 11pm. They said fine door will be open and key inside. When we arrived the door was locked, no key available and no one was answering the phone. Nice to have to find a hotel at midnight with wife and two kids. Avoid it at every cost. "

"The hotel was very well maintained located in a scenic location away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the little village of Binibeca. Very clean, excellent breakfast, staff were very helpful and friendly. Near Mahon airport and city. All round a Five star experience. "
"Amazing stay and would definitely be back. We would have appreciated a bit more clarity in terms of knowing what was included with the My Favourite Club option but we had a wonderful time and loved every detail. "
"Had a great break here, very relaxing, staff all very friendly and helpful, hotel was extremely clean throughout with staff constantly tidying up, drinks were of a high standard (even the Sangria on tap) and the food whilst not loads of choice was all tasty and well cooked, would definitely return."
"Wow what a lovely stay! Such a beautiful Space and Yola was so kind. We were leaving early in the morning for a flight, so would miss breakfast so Yola volunteered to put a dinner together for us. So kind and it was so lovely! "

"We had a great week here at AluaSoul, I don’t know what the poor reviews are about but the all inclusive option had as much food and drink to satisfy an army. The adults-only pool is lovely with lots of loungers with own fully stocked bar with snacks. Great staff. Really quiet and friendly place. Will be back. "
"We usually stay in an another hotel in the area and pay for a premium service “The Level” after staying here at the Artiem we won’t go back to the other hotel now. The Artiem is exceptional and better value for

"The location is fantastic overlooking the sea with ships and boats of all sizes heading into the harbour. The short journey to and from Mahon is easy and inexpensive. The Staff are all very welcoming, friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The food is excellent with a variety of choices everyday cooked fresh with something for everyone. We’ve been several times before and certainly will be back, thank you."
