Staff was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was lovely, many options. There’s a 24 hour coffee machine which was great. Room was updated and exceptionally clean, ac worked which is not the case in many places. Neighborhood was lovely and very walkable, more residential but upscale and very quiet. Terrace was great to enjoy breakfast and just hang out. Would recommend for solo or group travel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, and everything was very clean and smelled fresh. They had water, sparkling water, ice, and coffee available for guests.
This was our second trip to Italy, and we in total stayed in 8 boutique hotels during our trip. This one was definitely the best. On our last day, which was raining they even had umbrellas ready for guests. We would definitely stay here again!

"Poor communication regarding access to the hotel as it is inside the ZTL. They need to let you know which route to take in to not go into the ZTL or pre-register your car so you don't get a ticket.When I asked after finding out the they were not helpful"
