"Brought our family in for parents weekend for a Vols game. The house was exactly as advertised, and especially clean.We had plenty of room for everyone, everything worked accordingly, communication was great, super close drive and Uber ride to campus. We had three cars and there were also still room for more for a bigger party. Everything about it was great for a trip to Knox!We would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you!"

"The property sits behind another home, so it is very difficult to find. There is a street- side sign with the house numbers, but it was obscured by garbage cans when we arrived so we had a bit of a scramble. A neighbor pointed us in the right direction. Drive way is quite steep. Everything is clean and well maintained. A remote for the garage door would be nice. Host was great and we had a wonderful stay."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Ponderosa Cabins! The beautiful, peaceful environment makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy time away. The cabins are located in a safe, quiet, gated community and are exceptionally clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and having our morning coffee on the porch while taking in the peaceful surroundings—it was such a lovely way to begin the day.There is so much to enjoy without ever leaving the property. The fishing ponds and walking trails are wonderful, and the area is especially nice if you are traveling with dogs. We loved being able to get outside, walk, explore, and simply enjoy the beautiful setting.The location is another big plus. It is convenient to Knoxville, the university, golf, shopping, and downtown activities, while still giving you the feeling of being tucked away in a quiet retreat.Inside, the beds were comfortable, and the cabin had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to prepare a family dinner and enjoy time together without having to go out for every meal.The hosts were welcoming and friendly, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We felt comfortable, cared for, and right at home.Ponderosa Cabins gave us the best of both worlds—peace and quiet when we wanted to relax, and easy access to plenty of things to do when we wanted to venture out. We had so much fun and made wonderful memories here. We would happily stay again and definitely recommen"
