Great layout for groups with lots of space, and the two story deck, plus the floor to ceiling windows are incredible - truly a "treehouse" feeling. Very nicely decorated and relaxing. You get the relaxation of the forest and nature but still close distance to places around and an easy drive to get to other locations. Plenty of towels and linens. It was an easy 10-15 mins to drive to UTK. The only drawback is that it was so nice, I didn’t want to leave! I’m disappointed that I didn’t discover this “treehouse in the forest” four years ago.
