Came in for Family Weekend with my two teenage daughters. This is the perfect alternative for a family/group who has 3-4 people and would otherwise squeeze into a single hotel room. Bright, beautiful, clean and spacious with all the amenities you could need. High ceilings and additional kitchen space make it live much larger than the square footage. Easy in/out right onto the main drag of downtown Knoxville and walkable to the football stadium. My daughter said it "looked like something off Pinterest:)" If I could offer a slight accommodation it would be additional bed pillows for the pullout and a sound machine for the night noises that come with beautiful old buildings like this.
