"The best Hyatt Place that we have stayed so far. Its location is in the center of downtown, walkable to Market Square, Sun Sphere and University to Tennessee. The public parking garage is right behind the hotel. Many restaurant, pub, ice cream store choices. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is much better than an average three star hotel. "

"Earlier this month my wife and 7 kids and I stayed six nights at this place for our summer vacation. Nice place with room for everybody, and Skip even found us a DVD player so we could watch a movie. We went out to Gatlinburg and the Smokies, and there's a nice little church around the corner that we went to on Sunday. We'd be happy to stay here again."

"We stayed 2 nights but wish we’d booked longer. Although there are others houses nearby, (one across the driveway) this home was so quiet and had more privacy than most of the cabins in Gatlinburg. The back yard has the hot tub and fire pit which was like its own oasis with no door to door neighbors (very private). We chose this rental because it was about halfway between Pigeon Forge and Knoxville. We enjoyed shopping in Pigeon Forge one day and attended a Home Free concert in Knoxville on Friday night. The road to this home is winding and no guard rails but as long as you go slow and drive reasonably it’s no big deal. We definitely would stay here again in the future, especially if we’re planning to enjoy activities in both Pigeon Forge and Knoxville. The owners left instructions on the fridge for most anything you’d need such as: tv power button, WiFi password, hot tub instructions etc They also ask you to contact them if you have any questions or concerns. We were completely happy and had no need to contact them but it was nice to have that option handy."
