Set 1 km from Cala Agulla, Capdepera, this impressive villa with pool and garden can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

The Northeast of Majorca is famous for the beautiful beaches, which are a 5-15 minutes’ drive from the house. Visit the beach of Son Moll, Cala Mesquida and Font de Sa Cala. You may like Capdepera with its picturesque old town and the Castle. Furthermore, the village provides you with supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Capdepera golf course is 6 km from the villa, while Cala Ratjada with restaurants and a nice sea promenade is 4.5 km away. On Tuesday you can visit the market of Artà.

Surrounded by nature in a quiet spot, the villa Son Jaumell features a private chlorine pool and a well-kept garden. Around the pool, you can choose one of the sun loungers and enjoy the good weather. Pool towels are provided. The porch with garden views is a nice place for a barbecue with friends and family. Breakfasting at the terrace overlooking the patio is a good start for your day. An exterior bathroom completes the outdoor equipment.

There's a dining room, living area with Smart Tv, a well equipped kitchen with vitro hob and dishwasher, a shower bath and 2 double bedrooms with garden access on the ground floor. Due to the houses’ construction, there are 2 bedrooms on floor -1; one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds, en-suite bathroom with bathtub/hair dryer and garden access. The last bedroom is situated in the houses’ annex and it is equipped with a double bed and en-suite shower bath. If you’re reluctant to give up your daily sports routine, you may like the fitness room. There’s a laundry, iron/ironing board, free WiFi and a cot/high chair.

To consider:

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Die Lage ist das große Plus der Finca. Leider können keine 5 Sterne vergeben werden, da einige Teile des Hauses und der Utensilien in die Jahre gekommen sind. Hier könnte aber schnell für Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Angesprochene Mängel vor Ort ( z. B. verkalkte Kaffeemaschine) wurden schnell beseitigt.

Waren mit einer Zehnergruppe Männer Vorort. Die Finca liegt ca. 700 Meter Fußweg von der Cala Agulla entfernt. Zum Hafen zwecks Essen und Party ca. 9 km (10,-€ mit dem Taxi). Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Finca war sehr schlecht gereinigt und an vielen Stellen regelrecht dreckig. Der Wartungszustand der Finca war äußerst mangelhaft, vieles war kaputt (z.B. Poolliegen, Wasserabflüsse, Toilettenspülung, Duschenablauf, Poolbeleuchtung, Terrassenbeleuchtung). Die Ausstattung der Finca war spärlich und für dieses Preisniveau inakzeptabel.Die vor Ort Agentur (Yourhome) reagierte sehr langsam, einige Probleme wurden behoben, aber erst nach Tagen und vieles blieb einfach unbearbeitet. Die Einfahrt zur Finca führt an einer Müllabladestelle vorbei, offenbar für eine Gartenbaufirma. Alles in allem ein sehr enttäuschendes Objekt, obwohl die Finca eine gute Lage hat und bei besserer Pflege, Wartung und Ausstattung ein schönes Haus sein könnte. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir wieder über andere Firmen buchen, die offensichtlich bessere Objekte vermieten und eine Qualitätskontrolle haben. Ich erwarte eine Kompensation für diese Unannehmlichkeiten.

Wir waren das fünfte Mal auf dieser Finca, die Lage, der Pool und die gesamte schöne Anlage sind echt spitze. Leider gibt es einige Mängel, die über die Jahre nicht behoben worden sind: - Defekte Lichter im Bad im UG und in der Küche - Aufhängung der Duschbrause im UG ist defekt - mehrere Poolliegen sind nicht mehr voll funktionsfähig - mehrere Steckdosen sind defekt - es gibt keine Halterung für das Grillrost - TV/Sat Anlage nicht funktionstüchtig - das Dach scheint undicht zu sein, bei stärkeren Regen kommt Wasser ins Haus: - rechtes Schlafzimmer UG, es tropft von der der Decke und das Bett wird nass - Wasser läuft im EG an den Wände herunter, 1x im Bereich eine Steckdose - Dusche im Poolhaus ist beschädigt - es gibt keine Toilettenpapierhalter - bei 10 Gästen wäre ein zweiter Kühlschrank von Vorteil
