The ideal villa for families, couples or groups who want to spend their holiday in a peaceful environment. On the ground floor the Villa offers a spacious sitting/ dining room (with open fire place and a piano), kitchen and a WC. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms which share one bathroom. The Master bedroom with terrace has a bathroom Ensuite. Upstairs is office furnished with writing desk, sofa and a library.
The land has 25.000 qm. There are all kinds of hidden retreats scattered around the property. A small path with beautiful flowers and plants leads to the private swimming pool.

The beaches of Cala St. Vicente and Puerto Pollensas are only a few minutes away by car. The golf course of Pollensa is about 7 km. La Maritja is the perfect retreat for families, groups or couples; for those seeking tranquillity and relaxation who want to spend their holidays in a refined ambience.

A fabulous property that includes a very large and beautiful garden full of birds, wildflowers and fruit trees. The house itself is very comfortable and spacious and has multiple outdoor areas to relax. The pool is lovely too. Everything has been created with intelligence and care.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub bei La Maritja im April! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und mitten in der Natur, aber trotzdem nah genug, um schnell ans Meer oder in charmante kleine Orte zu kommen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die entspannte Atmosphäre. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die Erholung in einer idyllischen Umgebung suchen.
