The stunning Villa Guillona is an exciting property providing unique comfort in great location between Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. This stone-built villa is set within manicured gardens, perfectly landscaped and attractively furnished, housing a large private pool and providing relaxing views over the surrounding unspoilt nature. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air-conditioning and design furnishing, Villa Guillona is the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday on Mallorca.

The villa is set over 2 floors, recently renovated to the highest standard with the aim to provide a superior holiday experience to our guests. On the groundfloor there are a lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. There are also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both share a family bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where a corridor leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (jacuzzi bath) and a twin bedroom and a family shower room. On the upper floor there is an attractive covered terrace with sofas and ping-pong table, providing unobstructed views over the Mallorcan countryside.

Beautiful gardens surround this traditionally designed stone villa complemented with a beautiful fountain. A perfect combination for a relaxing walk throught the gardens. The large private pool measures 8m x 4m (depth is between 0.8m - 2m) and access is via Roman Steps. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided to the guests.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am

Fabulous villa

Beautiful house in a quiet and stunning location, yet within an easy drive of Alcudia and Pollenca. There was so much room in the villa, it was very clean and well equipped. The pool area was lovely with plenty of room to sit outside. Outside dining is a must on holiday and the covered eating area was perfect. All in all, a great place for our extended family to stay for our first visit to Majorca.

Comfortable secluded villa

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Facilities were just what we expected from the listing. Management company were super responsive. We were sad to leave when our time was up.

Great Villa

I really like the villa ,the fortunitures , the kitchen , all the rooms .., also good to have air conditioning ( but just certain hours ) , the big space of the villa and in general the peaceful you can feel out of the city. Also the company who rents this villa , very good information to check-in and to find the property. Would be good to have air conditioning all day as during hot summer is necesary. Also but do not think that no one can do anything about it is to have all the time wasps to go in to the pool where the stairs are. That was uncofortable to go in and out of the pool with all these wasps.

We were disappointed with the lack of essentials at the house; just minuscule proportions of olive oil and micro packets of salt/pepper. There was also no welcome hamper which is usually standard with properties of this ilk, a bottle of cava and some nice local bits would have made such a lovely welcoming touch and not cost much at all. No pool towels were provided and soaps had not been left in the bathrooms. We did not feel welcomed to the property, within 2 minutes of arriving someone turned up asking if the wifi worked and demanded we checked there and then… she then left briskly. It’s a shame as the property itself is wonderful and was immaculately clean. Will not be staying again as for the price you pay you don’t get the value in return. I also spoke to multiple individuals at the company having to repeat the same information with regards to flight details and check in times, there seemed to be a total lack of communication.

Traumhafte Finca zum relaxen

Die Finca befindet sich im Landesinneren abgelegen mit großem Grundstück. Sie hat alles was man braucht, es mangelt an nichts. Abends haben wir gegrillt und Tischtennis gespielt. Einfach wirklich super. Eine Gartendusche draußen wäre noch perfekt. So müsste man nach dem Pool nicht immer direkt ins Bad rein. Etwas kompliziert war es auch dass man beim rausfahren ständig aus dem Auto aussteigen musste und den Code händisch eingeben. Hier wäre eine Fernbedienung super gewesen. Für den Preis wäre ein täglicher Müll Abholer ideal.Gegen die Ameisenplage kann man womöglich nichts machen.
