Quiet villa

Gorgeous peaceful location
The host Margarita is delightful and very accommodating- she left a hamper of food as a welcome gift and was on hand if we had any questions. Very peaceful setting- a car is required as it so down a remote track- perfect place to relax and as base for exploring. Highly recommend!

Sweet and comfortable house in peaceful countryside
We loved our time here, the house is very well cared for, and the location is quiet and beautiful. The pool is great, there is plenty of comfortable space outside to sit and to listen to the sounds of the goats and the chickens. The owner lives down the road and is very kind and helpful. Our group had a wonderful time, highly recommend.

Cute Casa
Cute little casa nestled in the country but not far from Pollensa and Alcudia. Neighbours are chicken, sheep amd geese. Lovely owners, who were very helpful, are just up the road. The casa was very clean and we had a change of bedding during our stay. One of the lights blew but was replaced very quickly. As with all country properties if there is a thunderstorm the electricity will turn off. Emergency lighting came on immediately and we just turned the electricity back on at the fuse box (to the left as you face the front door). A lovely rest.

fantastic week
We had a perfect week here with our grown up children. Lovely friendly hosts who were on hand if needed, but otherwise we felt like we were away from everything. Pictures do not do it justice and we couldn’t wanted more for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of Majorca

Lovely property
Lovely property. Excellently presented, and has had upgrading work carried out over the winter to even more improve the facilities. Situated in a quiet rural location, but within an easy drive to shops, restaurants, beaches etc. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Thank you Martin and Marguerite for looking after us so well. lovely property with great facilities and pool
We had a lovely family holiday in July and was very much welcomed by Margarita and family during our stay. The property was very picturesque with everything you could need and was nice and clean. Margarita made sure we had everything we needed including fresh eggs and fruit from her garden aswell as clean towels. We would definately enjoy another stay in the future.

Paradise in Mallorca

Wir hatten einen, trotz für Mai eher durchwachsenem Wetter, sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Man benötigt definitiv ein Auto, da das Haus sehr abgeschieden liegt - innerhalb von 12 Minuten erreicht man allerdings Supermärkte, Restaurants und auch den schönen Strand Playa de Muro. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub absolut perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut, vor allem die wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Pool ist im Sommer sicher ein Traum. Die Gastgeberin, sie wohnt gleich nebenan, ist äußerst freundlich und dabei total unaufdringlich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Lovely property in calm environment
Booking and check-in process was easy, the property was very well kept and clean. Margherita is a lovely host and provided home-grown fresh fruit and eggs, which were super delicious. The kitchen and house in general was very well equipped and there is easily enough space for 6 people. The bathroom is extremely modern and everything was perfectly clean. The surrounding nature is beautiful and there is lots to discover. Can recommend 100%! Thank you

Entspannter Urlaub auf toller Finca
Die Finca liegt in sehr guter Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den schönen Altstädten von Pollenca und Alcudia. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und ideal für Menschen, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub suchen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber man wird mit einem tollen Ausblick belohnt. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und übertrifft in vielen Teilen die Beschreibung. Angesichts der hochsommerlichen Temperaturen haben wir besonders den großen Pool geschätzt. Nachts konnten wir sehr gut schlafen, da alle Schlafräume über hervorragend regulierbare und funktionierende Klimaanlagen verfügen, die kaum stören, aber angenehme Temperaturen garantieren. Am frühmorgens aus allen Leibeskräften krähendem Hahn merkt man, dass man „auf dem Land“ ist. Wir haben uns aber schnell daran gewöhnt. Hervorzuheben sind die stets freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberinnen Joana und Margarita, die sich völlig unaufdringlich im Hintergrund - Joana wohnt nebenan - halten, aber sofort zur Stelle sind, wenn es ein Problem gibt. Auch der nette Begrüßungskorb dokumentiert ihre Freundlichkeit. Probleme hatte wir übrigens nur ein kleines mit dem Abfluss, was umgehend behoben wurde. Ansonsten war alles in bester Ordnung. Ruhige Lage, entspannter Urlaub
Uns hat der Urlaub gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt abgelegen, mitten in der Natur, umgeben von Tieren (Hühner, Schafe/Ziegen). Der Pool bietet eine optimale Abkühlungsmöglichkeit in heißen Sommertagen (Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden). Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen sorgt auch im Haus für eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und helfen bei Fragen gerne und schnell weiter. Wir wurden zudem mit Obst und Eiern versorgt. Wenn man in dem Haus Urlaub macht ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen.

Traumurlaub mit Schafen und Hühnern
Gesamteindruck: ein Paradies für alle die Ruhe suchen. Ruhe bitte nicht komplett wörtlich nehmen, es klingen die Glocken der Schafe, es gackern Hühner und die Grillen machen ein Konzert das seines gleichen sucht! Aber es ist eben wirklich echte Natur! Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, sollte mal etwa nicht funktionieren, wie in unserem Fall eine verkalkte Kaffeemaschine, dann wird alles umgehend behoben (innerhalb 2h hatten wir ein Ersatzgerät). Dazu frische Eier von den o.a. Hühnern, frische Orangen von der Plantage am Morgen. Ein absoluter Genuss. Wir waren schon dreimal hier und kommen ganz sicher noch viele Male!

rustikale Finca in schöner Lage und Aussicht
Die Finca liegt abseits, mit herrlichem Blick auf Felder und Wälder. Joanna und Ihre Mum waren stets zuvorkommend und freundlich sowie gut erreichbar, wenn es etwas gab. Die Finca ist wie beschrieben eher rustikal. Viele Dinge sind doch in die Jahre gekommen (Schirm / Bäder / Liegen etc). Man könnte diese modernisieren. 4 von 6 Betten sind auch für sportliche Personen (>90KG) absolut bequem. Erwähnen sollte man, dass es bewirtschaftet (Felder) wird und es Hühner sowie Hähne hat. Die Hähne sind doch recht anstrengend da es um 5:30 wirklich laut wird. Das hat uns weniger gefallen.... Sollte man im Inserat erwähnen :) Im Gesamten konnten wir uns erholen. Preis / Leistung ist angemessen. Vielen Dank an J & M.

About the animals, such as chickens, in the ad it is reported about the animals we have, so it is already understood that a rooster can crow. Fantásticas vacaciones
La casa tiene todas las comodidades, además de ser un lugar perfecto para relajarse, leer, darse un baño y broncearse en la piscina, disfrutar de paseos al atardecer por la zona y hacer sobremesas larguísimas en su porche a refugio del calor o en la noche, disfrutando del silencio y la tranquilidad del entorno. La propietaria es un encanto, muy amable y cuidadosa con los detalles. Nos encontramos con un bonito detalle de bienvenida, la casa perfectamente preparada y, durante la estancia, pudimos degustar y difrutar de fruta fresca directa de su huerta. En definitiva, si buscas un lugar donde descansar, desconectar y disfrutar en familia, esta casa es una muy buena opción. Seguro que volveremos.

Entspannung pur
Die Finca liegt genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, 7 Km nach Pollença und ca. 9 nach Alcudia. Da wir uns sehr gut auf Mallorca auskennen, war es kein Problem die Finca zu finden. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen separat in der Nähe und stets zur Hand, falls mal etwas nicht funktioniert. Sehr sehr nett und in keinster Weise aufdringlich. Was wir uns gewünscht hätten, wären an den Fenstern in den Schlafräumen Moskitonetze, einen zweiten Sonnenschirm am Pool, einen Schuhabtreter. Bei einer 6 er Belegung könnte der Kühlschrank etwas knapp werden vom Platz her. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke nochmals an Margarita und Joana für die Gastfreundschaft ❤️

Great vacation at Can Moranta!!
We had a great stay and we will for sure come back again. The kitchen of the finca was superbly equipped and the welcome package with delicious fresh eggs and fruits gave us a perfect start to our holiday. We had many BBQs and relaxed a lot on the veranda or around the pool. It offers a lot of space and various seating possibilities. The pool has the perfect size, is beautifully lighted in the evenings and there were enough loungers and also a sunshade. The surroundings were really idyllic and quiet. My dog loved the finca as well and saw for the first time real geese, sheeps and chicken (alive)! The only thing I would recommend to the hosts is, to take new photos of the finca, as it is much more beautiful in real than on the photos. ;-)

Sehr schöne abgelegene Finka
Die Finka ist sehr schlicht gehalten hat aber alles was es braucht. Trotz der abgelegenen Lage ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten an einem der Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Die Strände in Alcudia oder Pollença erreicht man mit dem Auto auch in 15 - 20 Minuten.

Casa mallorquina amb una gran porxada rodejada de natura a pocs quilòmetres de les poblacions d'Alcúdia i Pollença i de diferents platges.. Cercavem tranquil.litat. Bättre än beskrivningen
För oss var det här boendet helt outstanding. Vi var ute efter en familjesemester långt ifrån alla andra med lite lugn och ro och vi kunde inte ha hittat ett bättre ställe. Superfin pool och trädgård samt patio/altan området som vi spenderade mycket tid i. Barnen ville inte åka till stranden då det var så skönt och roligt att hänga här. Vår värt Margrita välkomnade oss med grönsaker och ägg från sin egen gård samt en flaska rött. Vill du ha en semester där du inte vill trängas med andra och vill njuta av tid till er själva så är det här ett väldigt bra val.

Nette Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin incl. einer umfangreichen Erstausstattung des Kühlschrankes und eines Obstkorbes mit selber geernteten Früchte. Die Vermieter wohnen circa 100 Meter entfernt,hielten sich aber sehr diskret zurück- -im Falle von Problemen hätten wir uns jederzeit an sie wenden können-es gab aber keine Probleme. Die Finca liegt absolut ruhig.Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und zweckmäßig. Man ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto sowohl in Alcudia als auch in Pollenca und am Meer. Eine tolle Ausgangsposition um den reizvollen Norden und Nordosten der Insel zu erkunden. Absolut empfehlendswert.
