La Plana is a spacious and welcoming villa with private pool, 4 bedrooms and extensive gardens, beautifully located close to the old town Pollensa and just a short drive away from the amazing sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Casa San Vicente. Providing welcoming, air-conditioned interiors, excellent privacy, well kept gardens and beautiful views over the Tramuntana mountains, this stone-built villa is the perfect holiday home for a large family or a group of friends wanting to live the true Mallorcan atmosphere.

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. It is spacious (measuring 200sqm), airy, welcoming and well furnished following the Mallorcan tradition yet without forgetting the most modern comforts. The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a comfortable lounge (with comfy sofas and satellite TV), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a full self-catering holiday, a large dining area and a family bathroom. The 4 bedrooms are all located on the upper floor, together with 2 further bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and 2 twins, for a total of 8 guests, and they are air-conditioned.

Outside, La Plana offers amazing shaded terraces, gardens with lawn and mature trees (measuring 40.000 sqm!), pleasant furnished areas and guaranteed endless relaxation. The private swimming pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1.25m to 2.15m) and is equipped with sunbeds and parasols for the guests to enjoy. Outdoor dining on the patio or drinking a glass of wine in the garden will be a true pleasure, and a barbecue is available.

We really enjoyed staying at this property- gorgeous quiet location and spacious clean property. We would have valued clearer instructions to locate the property (Google coordinates did not work) - we’re just grateful we arrived in the day and not darkness. We were told we would be informed if the villa was available for any early check in but this did not happen. Overall, very enjoyable.

Great villa in a great location

Setting was fantastic very peaceful - outside space was lovely. Bathrooms modern and well equipped . Kitchen had most things and had utility room v useful Some items missing from kitchen no bread knife/peelers for example . Shower curtain should maybe be replaced with a glass screen as makes the space small. Wifi not good for a house with 8 people in it.

Beautiful, we’ll equipped villa in a very quiet area

The house is set in a very quiet area and although it was quite tricky to find, once we had found it, we loved our stay. The house is very spacious downstairs and has 4 good sized double/twin rooms. I think the upstairs looks a bit tired compared to downstairs and could do with a bit of redecoration. The 2 bathrooms upstairs were lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of fridge and freezer space. The pool area is great although the sun loungers only work for lying on your back and they need some to lie flat. All in all though a great villa and I would recommend it

Die komplette Finca, sowie die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Küche waren toll. Alleinige Lage der Finca umgeben von Bergziegen. Vielleicht blühende Pflanzen oder Palme für mehr grün und Schatten.

Fantastic Family Villa!

It looks exactly like the pictures... good location within 30 minute walk of Pollenca Old Town, very clean and has all the facilities you could need. It's a difficult place to find but the directions are perfect.
